2 Commitment to Child Safety
Withcenter is fully committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform.
We actively work to prevent, detect, remove, and report such content in compliance with applicable laws and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

3 Definitions (용어 정의)
Child / Minor (아동/미성년자)
Any individual under the age of 18.
18세 미만의 모든 개인을 의미합니다.
CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material (아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠)
Any visual, textual, or audio content that depicts or describes sexual abuse involving a minor.
미성년자와 관련된 성적 학대를 묘사하거나 설명하는 모든 시각적, 텍스트, 오디오 콘텐츠를 의미합니다.
CSAE — Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (아동 성적 학대 및 착취)
Any activity that exploits or abuses minors sexually, including grooming, coercion, or solicitation.
그루밍, 강압, 권유를 포함하여 미성년자를 성적으로 착취하거나 학대하는 모든 행위를 의미합니다.
4 Prohibited Content and Behavior (금지 콘텐츠 및 행위)
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:
다음 행위는 플랫폼에서 엄격히 금지됩니다.
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM
CSAM의 업로드, 공유 또는 배포 - Any sexual content involving minors (real or fictional)
미성년자와 관련된 모든 성적 콘텐츠 (실제 또는 허구) - Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
그루밍 행위 또는 미성년자와 부적절한 관계를 형성하려는 시도 - Soliciting sexual content from minors
미성년자에게 성적 콘텐츠를 요구하는 행위 - Using coded language, emojis, or indirect methods to facilitate exploitation
착취를 촉진하기 위해 암호화된 언어, 이모지 또는 간접적 방법을 사용하는 행위 - AI-generated or edited content that sexualizes minors
미성년자를 성적으로 묘사하는 AI 생성 또는 편집된 콘텐츠
Violations will result in immediate enforcement actions, including account suspension and reporting to authorities.
위반 시 계정 정지 및 관계 기관 신고를 포함한 즉각적인 조치가 취해집니다.

8 Enforcement Actions (시행 조치)
Upon detecting violations, we may:
위반 사항이 탐지되면 다음 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
Remove offending content immediately (위반 콘텐츠 즉시 삭제)
신고 또는 탐지된 콘텐츠는 즉시 숨김 처리 후 긴급 검토를 거쳐 삭제합니다.
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts (계정 정지 또는 영구 해지)
위반 계정은 경고, 일정 기간 정지, 영구 정지 등 단계적 또는 즉시 제재됩니다.
Restrict platform access (플랫폼 접근 제한)
재발·악성 위반에는 기기, 결제, 연락수단 차단 등 추가 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
Preserve evidence for investigation (수사를 위한 증거 보존)
위반과 관련된 데이터를 보존하여 법 집행기관의 수사에 활용할 수 있도록 합니다.
9 Law Enforcement Cooperation (법 집행기관 협조)
We comply with all applicable child protection laws and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
당사는 모든 관련 아동 보호법을 준수하며 법 집행기관과 협력합니다.
